IS PAYPAL SECURE AND DO I NEED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
You can place your order securely through paypal. However, if you don't have a paypal account there is a link at the bottom right of the order processing page to skip the paypal account step.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
As our products are handmade to order, please allow up to 10 days for the making and delivery of your order. We will keep you up to date with your order and before shipping will send you an email. If it is a private address the courier will require a mobile phone number. If you are in a hurry please contact us and we will try to have the product ready sooner.
IN THE CASE OF BREAKAGES OR LOSS, WHAT HAPPENS?
We make every effort to ensure your parcel arrives safe and sound but if, for any reason, the product arrives to you broken or damaged you must contact us immediately, within 24 hours, and take a photo as evidence of the damaged item. We will then replace that damaged item within 10 days.
IF, IN THE CASE OF CLOCKS, THE MECHANISM IS FAULTY WILL IT BE REPLACED?
The mechanisms we use in our clocks are German-made being of very high quality and we guarantee them for a year. Keep your receipt safe in the event of a faulty mechanism and contact us. We will replace any mechanism thereafter that ceases to work for a nominal fee.
CAN I EXPECT THE SAME ITEM I ORDERED FROM THE ONLINE SHOP?
Because our products are handcrafted using slate, which can differ from one tile to another, no two items are exactly the same so when you choose a piece please be aware that it will differ somewhat, although we will try to make it as similar as possible.
WHAT IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
We charge for shipping in various ways. You will be alerted to the delivery charge before purchase. We endeavour to keep shipping charges as low as possible but If you dispute a charge please let us know and we will try to sort it out. Thank you.
