Some of the slate pendulum clocks that we make are so long that it's quite difficult to photograph them to show them off and put on the website. They can be up to 3 feet long. Imagine trying to photograph that and having to go about 10 feet away to do so.
What we do sometimes is photograph the extra long pendulums in 3 stages: the top part, the middle part and the bottom part. The bottom part has the swing showing and the hole at the bottom through which you get to see the swinging motion of the pendulum. It's quite quirky.
